SGGVENGEANCE

Helmets, armor, weapons, and display pieces — designed, 3D-printed, and finished by hand. Browse the portfolio, learn how commissions work, and bring your own build to life.

About / Me

I’m a 3D-printing and cosplay enthusiast, and I’ve been making props and armor for over five years. I’ve always loved Star Wars, anime, video games, and anything else that gives me an excuse to build something.

What started as a hobby has grown into making cosplay props, helmets, armor, and other projects for myself and others. I’m always learning new techniques and experimenting with new technology to keep improving my work.

If you have an idea you want to bring to life, I’d love to help make it happen.

Commission / Process

How a project goes from your idea to a finished piece in your hands. Simple, transparent, no surprises.

Tell me what you want made

Send your idea with reference pictures, the character or project name, your measurements, and any specific requirements. The more detail, the better the quote.

Receive a quote

I review your project and estimate the materials, printing, finishing, and labor costs — then send you a clear quote before anything starts.

Deposit

A $50 deposit plus the cost of materials reserves your slot and gets your project into the print queue.

Production

Printing, assembling, sanding, priming, painting, and finishing — every stage done to match what you ordered.

Final payment

The remaining balance is due before your finished piece ships or is picked up. No balance surprises — it's all in the quote.

Delivery

Your completed project ships to you, or — when available — gets arranged for local pickup or a meetup.

Pricing

Every build is different, so pricing is built per-project — not flat rates. Here's how it works.

Commissions are currently open
Every commission starts with a $50 deposit + material costs

A small prop and an entire suit of armor take very different amounts of time, materials, and finishing — so the final price depends on the project. Larger or complex builds always need a custom quote.

What a quote can include

3D printing
Filament / resin
Primer
Paint
Sandpaper & finishing supplies
Hardware
Visors & lenses
Magnets
Electronics & lighting
Assembly
Labor
Custom modifications
Shipping

For larger projects, request a custom quote — tell me what you want and I'll price it honestly before any work begins.

Request / a Commission

Fill this out and I'll get back to you with a quote. The more detail and references you include, the faster I can price your build.

I scale every model in Armorsmith Designer using your real body measurements, so accurate numbers mean a properly fitted piece.

The Armory Tracker

Every commission gets a tracking code. Here's exactly what each stage of your build means.

  1. 1

    Quote approved

You've agreed to the quote and we've locked in the project details.

  2. 2

    Deposit received

Your $50 deposit plus material costs are in — your slot is reserved.

  3. 3

    Files prepared

Models chosen, scaled to your measurements, split for printing, and queued.

  4. 4

    Printing

Your parts are on the printers. Big pieces can take days of print time.

  5. 5

    Sanding

Layer lines, support scars, and seams get worked smooth by hand.

  6. 6

    Priming

Filler primer seals every surface so paint grips evenly.

  7. 7

    Painting

Base coats, shading, detailing, and weathering bring the piece to life.

  8. 8

    Assembly

Everything joins up — hardware, visors, magnets, electronics, strapping.

  9. 9

    Final inspection

Fit, finish, and durability get checked before anything leaves the shop.

  10. 10

    Shipping

Carefully packed, and shipped or ready for local pickup.

How tracking works

When your commission starts, I'll give you a project number and tracking code. Live code lookup on this site arrives with the customer dashboard — for now, just message me your code any time and I'll tell you exactly where your build sits.

No code needed to start — codes are issued once your deposit is in.
